An Ongoing Project of the Sunderland Lions Club. The Sunderland-Brock Medical Centre is located at 26 Church Street South in the village of Sunderland. The facility was built in 1975 to serve the residents of Sunderland and surrounding area and was initially managed by Brock township staff. However in 1999 the Sunderland Lions Club saw an opportunity to expand the facility and increase the range of medical services offered. To that end the Lions Club began a major fund raising campaign in order to add a new wing to the building, upgrade the waiting room and modernize some of the furnishings.

The Sunderland Lions have established a Board of Management Committee which oversees the ongoing operation, upgrading and maintenance of the building as well as lease arrangements with the various medical service providers.

Today the Sunderland Medical Centre provides the following services:

• Family Physicians and Attending Nurses
• Dental Services
• Chiropractic Clinic
• Massage Therapy Services
• Diabetic Clinic
